Fresh Tableware for the Season!

In usual times, November marks the beginning of a season of parties and celebrations. It is when the anticipation for a series of non-stop gatherings, feastings and vacationing starts building! This year, while things might have become drastically different (especially on the vacation front), The Wed Mag team remains high spirited! With recent announcement of Singapore entering Phase 3, we have started discussing on how to celebrate safely, and in style.

Most of us have gotten comfortable with dining at home during the Circuit Breaker. It has since introduced us to the endless food options available from restaurants and caterers, and even cooking up a storm on our own. To elevate this at-home dining experience with our closest people this holiday season, we’ve been obsessed with details that can spruce up our table-scape. We are so happy to have found Fork Parade and Eloise the Brand who provides unique cutleries and tableware either for purchase or for rent!

Fork Parade

Fork Parade, the brainchild of Larry and Jophia who both also founded HellofromFlour, is not new to the styling scene. With this new venture that brings pretty tableware sets to your dining table, they help all of us ace the hosting game no matter if we’re having a wedding or a casual gathering.

Their curated tableware is available for purchase or for rent, making it perfect for a special celebration or party at home! Sets includes two plates, cutleries, and linen napkins. If you would like to add some fresh flower décor to enliven your dinner table, feel free to contact them too!

Eloise the Brand

Eloise the brand brings along a sense of awe with their carefully curated list of everyday items.  Their catalogue is not limited to tableware, but also includes dainty pieces of jewellery and home accessories. Adding a piece from their collection to your home not only brings you joy and inspiration but also elevates your living spaces.

When it comes to conceptualizing a wedding theme or look, Western wedding media and Pinterest tend to dominate where we seek inspiration from. Which is why we are always so refreshed whenever we see Oriental elements being put into play in creative and unexpected ways. Here are some that have truly stood out –

Bridal Eyewear

If you’ve always been an eyeglass wearer and feels most yourself when you’re wearing one, you don’t have to give it up on your big day! Here are some looks that we’re really digging. If you would like to amp up your look, you can even opt for something that is more accessorized and over-the-top because why not?!

Large Freeform Installations

We have been seeing such installations for a while now, but with many ceremonies and receptions increasingly held at small spaces, hanging installations are the best way to make an impact, while saving on spaces!

We can’t wait to see what other florists are able to add on to such an iconic type of installation.
